We run an 11 week Freedom Programme on a rolling basis in King’s Lynn. We also run sessions in Hunstanton, Downham Market and Swaffham.
The Freedom Programme course looks at a character called The Dominator and each week we study one of the tactics they use to keep control. We also look at the effects of domestic abuse on children and in one of the final sessions we discuss How to Spot the Signs for future relationships. By this stage women are equipped to know what to expect from a healthy relationship and feel more confident about moving forward positively. The Freedom Programme is incredibly empowering for women, helping them to understand more about the abuse they’ve suffered, and developing new friendships along the way.
This is a free course and successful participants will receive a copy of the book, Living with the Dominator, along with a certificate for completing the course.
